Andrea Chitti.
From strategy
to delivery.
Execute with rigor. Adapt fast.
I help industrial leaders turn complex priorities into practical plans, coordinated execution and measurable results.
01 / Background
Experience that
connects strategy
to delivery.
My background spans more than 25 years in global manufacturing, operations and integrated supply chain. I have worked across continents, countries and locations, in businesses ranging from start-ups to S&P 500 companies. My roles have included General Manager, alongside operations, supply chain and transformation leadership. I connect engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and Finance around a shared business objective.
My experience includes manufacturing footprint changes, facility start-ups, production scale-up, capital programs and operational transitions. Across these assignments, the focus is consistent: improve cost, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity while building the team’s ability to sustain progress.
02 / Selected projects
Complex challenges.
Practical delivery.
Factory relocation & footprint transformation
Led factory relocation and manufacturing footprint changes across multiple sites, connecting the transition plan to operating continuity and recurring business benefits.
Rapid manufacturing launch in Mexico
Launched an N95 mask manufacturing facility during COVID lockdown, bringing production online to deliver more than 10 million masks in three months.
European facility consolidation
Consolidated facilities while maintaining safety, quality, delivery and cost performance through the transition.
Logistics & warehouse transformation
Managed a logistics and warehouse transformation supporting Scandinavian and Baltic markets.
03 / Working together
Practical tools.
Clear ownership.
Follow-through.
I start with the outcome and the operational reality. Then I establish clear ownership, standard work, milestones and a review cadence that helps teams make decisions and follow through.
My toolkit combines Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, management operating systems and rigorous project management. The approach adapts to the business; the discipline stays consistent.
04 / AI & operational insight
Make data useful.
Accelerate the work.
AI capabilities can help teams analyze production, quality, inventory and financial data: identify patterns, investigate performance gaps and focus improvement efforts where they matter most.
AI agents can support repeatable tasks such as preparing performance summaries, tracking project actions and flagging exceptions for review. I bring an operational perspective to defining these workflows, validating the analysis and connecting insight to action.
Human judgment remains central: confirm data quality, protect business information and verify conclusions before decisions are made.
05 / Professional foundation

in practice.
